Technical Support: From your first call to CompuSOFT, and on through the years that we continue to assist you in your Engineering Information Technology needs, you may be assured that CompuSOFT will always be there when you need us!

  • CompuSoft’s Engineers and Technicians can and will assist your departmental Engineering staff and/or managers in the choice of the right components for all of your software and data processing needs, and in the installation and setup of the systems and required networks.
  • CompuSoft's in-house staff of dedicated and Certified Technicians are ready, at any time, to handle all of your service needs on that equipment. Service can be at CompuSOFT's well-equipped Service and Repair center, or through contract, at your site.
  • Additionally, Training in our entire software inventory, whether complete instructional courses or just familiarity sessions for software add-ons is available, year-round through our sister company, Technical Seminars Center (TSC).
  • CompuSOFT’s TECHNICAL SUPPORT is available through our maintenance contracts specific to each software purchase. With our up to date maintenance contract, you can call or fax us with questions, or for your convenience, assistance is available via E-mail using the form below. Simply include your password and user ID along with an attachment of any questions or problems and we will respond promptly to you with answers and solutions.
